I'd imagine that your interior lights are currently powered by either AC or DC power and when the camper switches from 120 AC to 12 DC there is actually a converter in play that keeps the power source the same voltage for your lights as this is a common setup.

I went out to the warehouse and pulled an RV Euro interior light, # RVIL21. After removing the lens I found the bulb inside is a 921 bulb. If the current dome light fixture that you currently have on your Keystone runs off of 12V (same as battery) power then you can easily replace it with the Optronics LED RV Interior Dome Light w/ Switch # RVILL39. You'll just need to connect your power wire to the black wire on the light and then your ground wire to the white wire on the light. A circuit tester like part # PTW2979 can be used to help you determine which of your 2 white wires carries the power.
